****** manager at news Cafe Midrand

Hi

I went to newscafe Midrand Sandrige Square and when i got there i asked if you guys sell stella draft and they rep**** yes so i ordered for 1 and i had it. My balance of R9200 into my Standard bank account which i had and when i told the waiter i want to pay cause it was late and wanted to get home she then brought me the bill which i didn't see cause she told me it is R58 or some what i remember, so she then took my card and the machine network was down so it didn't say decline it said some other error and that when the problem started with the manager and about 3 staff members all started accusing me and verbally abusing me as well as insulting me when i told them that there is funds in my account and why wouldn't i pay as you can see what car i drive, the manager then rep**** that he care a F of what car i drive and that i must pay the bill so i told him run the card again and that's when it went through and i was shocked with the staff members and mostly the manager. I was billed R100 for a stella draft which is day light *******. i want closure on this matter or else i will take this to the media. Please note that the incident took place on the 15th of December 2019 at around 23.20pm and it was a tall black guy as the manager.
