Poor service and very poor housekeeping

On Saturday 15 August 2015, my Wife and I went to Emperor's Palace to go to the Barn Yard Show. We arrived a bit early and decided to go and have a drink at the News Cafe. Upon arrival we were immediately not impressed with the overall appearance of the Restaurant. We asked to be seated in the Smoking area and ordered our drinks. After waiting for about 35min for our drinks, we had a good look around and noticed dirty Chairs, dirty Tables, very Dirty Windows, even the roof was disgustingly dirty. We noticed people sitting at the bar smoking, some glasses that is hanging upside down right above where these people were - Disgusting!!!<br> Halfway through our drinks we noticed our glasses were not properly cleaned. In utter Disgust we decided to rather go to another restaurant with better service and better hygiene. This is the Last Time we will ever go to News Cafe as such.
