Poor management

It is such a sad thing to see such a large establishment such as newscafe (rosebank) treat customers so unfairly. Went there for a drink only to be told that certain people have been banned because of the behavior of people of the same workline.Why not ban the individual culprits? Answer to that was " it is what it is". Very unprofessional managers. Wouldn't recommend newscafe to anyone
