Newscafe Umhlanga should be named a Tavern instead

I was at the Newscafe in Umhlanga boulevard to celebrate my birthday it was very disappointing as we constantly had to move and adjust our tabke and chairs.the tabke next to meant for 2 then became a 5 mind you on the bar stool they just kept pushing us aside to make more space for their gang.eventually we were rubbing shoulders we had to move our own table and chairs just to breathe no assistance from staff.eventually they were 10 of them and same issue it made our dinner very unpleasant called the manager she wasnt very helpful just offered us a different table instead of asking group to move to a bigger table.I felt like i am in shebben more than an establishment formerly respectable. The food was mediocre, more so the experience staff was not helpful waited aimlessly for our waiter in between drinks.you have lost a customer in me and my family very disappointing first time in my life where i had to lift a table and chairs to breathe while having a meal and drinks!
