News Cafe Sun Coast Durban terrible during easter

During our Easter holidays we came from Jhb to Dbn and decided to go to Suncoast Casino and grab a bite and a drink at the news cafe. We arrived to a sign that said wait to be seated. We stood there for about 3 minutes with no staff any where near the entrance. We finally decided to walk in and go looking. We were pointed in and picked out a table with two chairs and then the wait began. we literally waited for about 30 minutes and we were googling places nearby when eventually we got served by i waitress i swear must of been drunk. We asked who was the manager and we were shown an indian gentlemen who also seemed either overwhelmed or drunk. We ordered and waited for another hour before it was just too much and we complained to the giggling waitress, By now it was nearly 12am and we had just got off the road and were ready to hit the hay we ate as fast as we could then left never ever to return
