#News Café Rivonia sucks

Last night at News Cafe Rivonia was one of the worst management services I received in my whole life. I was waiting for a friend whom was coming all the eat from JHB CBD, I had order the ****tails on special which commences at 5 and end at 7 everyday! Unfortunately my friend never pitched after telling me to order her the drinks as the special was gonna end. I asked the Waitress, her name was THEMBI if I could pay for two ****tails for my Friend on the special price and that she will serve her with the drinks as soon as she arrives, this lady tells me that they can't do that its better I order for my friend and have the drinks with me, I waited for my friend from 5pm until 11pm. I asked for the bill around 9pm so I can pay for what I orderd. My bill was R162 but in total it was R279 including the drinks I ordered and never drank. The waitress says I should pay the full amount and I refused as I had told her earlier if I could pay for the 2 ****tails for my friend and that they should only be served on arrival, the ****tails were R39 each, meaning I was gonna drink two and pay for two which was going to amount to R156 and I was prepared to pay that amount. The manager is a **** and a useless manager as he did not try to remedy the situation but instead he made me feel like I was evading to pay my bill in total. Another "manger" whose name I think is "Joey" said to one of the promotion girls there not to help me as I'm one of "those girls" and that they must ask themselves why I can't call anyone to help me. The bill was not a lot that I could not cover it, however the R156-170 was what I budgeted for. Newscafe in rivonia is the worst newscafe. I have never felt so disgusted in the way they handled the matter, because the waitress told me to rather order then pay..no wonder it doesn't get busy. I did not even take the drinks that I ordered for my friend after a nice lady offered to pay the other half, I was not drunk yet alone tipsy for them to call me one of those girls!
