its (NOT) about the vibe

I visited News Cafe 55 at Monovoni, at the time I was a vegetarian. I ordered Halloumi something and fries together with drink whilst my friend had a burger. When the food arrived arrived everything was burnt and tasted like rubber, the drinks were watery. I asked him what they had given me and the waiter was unable to say. I requested the manager to come and tell me and he couldn't. I sent the food back twice and told them to leave it as I had let my appetite.

We sent their drinks back too to be fixed. What made me upset was the fact that the restaurant was empty and we were about 10 patrons at most. Why the mistakes if you took so long preparing the food etc.

I called NewsCafe to file this complaint and they said nothing about it, instead after I explained 3 times to her, she said I need to send various emails. Why the process if I explained??

I was not happy with the overall experience.
