Complete lack of service

I entered the store on the 2/05/2015. Shown to my seat and eventually ordered a ConPanna Grande, waiter runs off (due to a large table not far from I am sitting) busy ordering shots etc. The waiter then brings my first drink and rushes off before I can order my meal. Eventually ask another waiter (he assisted me at the door) to call my waiter as the man had not been to my table in a while. He then brings me my Cigarettes, requested at the door, and runs off again, no meal order. Eventually approaches me and I order a second drink as well as meal (Omelette). The drink comes and I proceed to wait for the meal. After about 15/20 mins, he again approaches my table requesting if I require anything else, at this point I stated just my food. He then asks me if I ordered with another waiter, I respond no I ordered with you. He then apologises as he failed to order my breakfast. I then requested the bill and provide my card. He then Attempts to bill me R110. When I ask if a tip is mandatory from the manager (Told her the waiter needs to ***** on his head) she says no. I say recalculate because 48 (Drinks) and 45 (Smokes) is R93 not R110. In short, pathetic service. If you need help ask!!
