complaint about service

<p>Good day</p> <p>I have had the worst experience at the news cafe in woodmead last night. I have never had such bad service from waiters and management. </p> <p>Firstly knowing that we are in winter and it gets very cold we where seated by the door but there was a heater. All of a sudden the heater was moved to a specific table. </p> <p>We then ordered our food nd drinks the things where brought to us then the waiter was no where to b seen. We where neglected the whole night. Then i called the manager to complain about the heater then he tells me they switch the heater off at a certain time. Then all of a sudden the heat was on again nd put at that specific table. So im asking myself does news cafe woodmead give u special attention to how much your bill is? We are all there to have a great evening nd spend our money. I told the waiter that im not tiping him because he did not help us at all. He says yes laughs nd puts through his tip included. Im highly annoyed about that place.</p> <p> I was cold to the point that when i got into the car my nose started bleeding.</p> <p> Im going to let my friends knw about the bad service that news cafe woodmead gives and we will not be going there anymore!</p> <p>I will not b going back to that place again!!!!!</p> <p>Thank you. </p>
