Bad Surface

My Order for food took longer than 1h30 min, when I asked for the manager I guy came to me and gave me a whole lot of attitude and swore at me and threatened me, I later found out that he was not even the manager but a social media coordinator, but what discussed me is the fact that the manager stood there and just watched as this Individual did all of this. Not once did the manager apologies or even come to our table to see if everything is ok
