Bad service & bad attitude

6 of us were at a table. We ordered a drink which never arrived, so one of our party went to collect it from the bar ourselves. The music was so loud (this was at 6pm). I asked a waiter to please turn the music down a bit as I have a middle ear infection & the noise was causing me pain. He totally ignored my request. Another waitress was called as she walked past, but obviously couldn't hear us over the music, or chose to ignore us. We eventually gave up & rather went to Tribes for dinner where the music volume was pleasant & we were treated with respect by the staff.
