Bad service at News Cafe near jean crossing

<p><span style="color: #555555; background-color: #ffffff;">We ordered the gourmet hot chocolate that comes with an oreo on the side. First of all when we received it, the cream was completely off. Second of all we did not receive an oreo. After complaining about the oreo they brought these cheap oreo look-alike cookies with a mint filling. We sent the Hot chocolate back due to the off cream and asked for normal hot chocolate instead. When we received the bill they wanted us to pay for the original expensive drinks. We didn't bother ordering food because we were scared of what might go wrong next.</span></p>
