bad service

I went to News Cafe Emporers palace kempton park Saturday around 16hoo, I went in the expecting to find someone yo at lest find a table for us but we had to find iur own table without any assistance from anyone. We waited for 10 minutes but still nobody attended us so I had to find someone to help up.we the waitress decided to come and help we were already decided yo leave and I told yhe waitress that we are going and she stood there and laughed and us.so I turned around around and asked to her name and she refused to give it to me so the manager came but she showed no interest in what I was saying and she did not even apologies even after I mentioned that am going to report them, thry just looked at me as if am crazy.
