Bad hygiene and not concern

Visited Maponya Mall News Cafe after 6 years excited as AF and the next thing I sat on a broken bottle and the manager was all about sorry ?, the guys who broke the bottle ran away as I reported them to the manager, and all I got was a sorry when I have pictures of my injuries and might have to consult a Dr ?♀️ poor management??♀️
