atrocious customer service from Thandeka

Newscafe Eastgate such Horrible customer service given by the waitress called Thandeka🤢🤢..she literally raised her voice & gave us attitude, you’d swear she was picked up from the side of the road! I mean don’t you guys take your staff for training (customer service ) in particular! For her to see nothing wrong in what she did , & when we asked for a manager she called Amanda who is apparently not a manager but her friend to cover up for the mess she did ! Been to sandton, hillfox & never had such disgusting service with them, Eastgate spoilt the whole experience for me! They don’t even deserve the 1star
