APPALLING SERVICE.

Absolutely appalling service from the Manager (TEEGAN). I ordered the Nachos and after tasting it, I informed the waitress that it was stale and did not taste nice. The waitress informed the manager who then took his own sweet time to attend to us. We informed him about our dissatisfaction and all he did was pick up and ask if I wanted another meal, I advised him that it was too late as I needed to get back to work. He walked away with our meal and never came back to us. We were also charged the full bill for this order. The manager showed no empathy or concern regarding our complaint. The waitress, however, was very polite with good service rendered.

Is this the service that we are suppose to receive from a high-end Cafe "manager"? My team and I will never visit this place again.
