3 orders, 3 complaints, 3 clients gone

My two friends and I went to News Cafe Hillfox, evening of 7 March 2015. We were greeted by our waiter, named Success, and he took our orders. I could barely hear him over the loud music. I asked him 3 times to turn it down, he only heard me the 3rd time I asked and said he would. He then took our orders. I ordered a beef prego roll and asked him to please take out the chilli, he said he would. My one friend ordered a cheese and tomato toasted sandwich and my other friend ordered a bacon and cheese toasted sandwich. The waiter came back with the cheese and tomato sandwich, with chips that were cold. I got a prego roll which I could not eat since it was loaded with chilli. The music was still as loud as when we came in. The waiter then came with a cheese and bacon burger. My friend told him that she ordered a cheese and bacon sandwich. He then got angry and said to her that she placed the wrong order, when in fact he did not hear the order correctly (probably also due to the loud music). He then re-took her order, asking her if she wanted white or brown bread. She asked for brown. He came with a white toasted sandwich and the cheese was not even melted. I am absolutely disgusted.
