Newlook cosmetics in khayelitsha mall have no customer service I was there Sunday around 11 in the morning and I was beaten by the security guy for complaining with the price his name is Mlungisi Mangeli.i was so hurt and I wanted to exchange the product not that I want a money And I saw the item with less price and was scanning different price they never apologise all they did they all attack me and say I must leave everything.and I.left
