Terrible customer experience
Terrible customer service experience, stuff is very rude . Went there to buy fibre to do my hair paid cash when I was about leave receipt was asked for provided the receipt to the guy by the door in a hurry left the store in just 10 mins before I even got home realised it’s the wrong fibre quickly went back I store in less than 10 minutes and asked for an exchange guy asked for slip told him you took it just now in less than minutes I was not assisted guy said he doesn’t even know I bought the fibre the he didn’t see my face which is a lie he took my slip in less than 10 mins asked them to check the footage it was lesss than 10 mins I bought this fibre . Terrible experience it’s not the first time last time I went there with the receipt to return an extra fibre that was left for an exchange of hair spray I was not assisted same guy over & over TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE *Newlook Cosmetics* you should close down all your stores!
