National ITC

It has been past 21 days and my name still has not been cleared. Everime I phoned I was told they still have time they are still within the gracing period. It turned out that I had to phone the service providers for letters needed and got it within 5 minutes where I was told I have to wait 3 to 5 working days. So I have to do their work for them If I phone a out the progress I'm been told they have procedures to follow and I have to wait. How long do I have to wait another 21 days because of their lack of responsi ability. They did not wait for their payment so why should I wait for service that there is obvious none of
