Unhappy client

I'm still under debt review from New Debt Plan this is the fifth month since ive joined but im quite depressed cz when I check on a clear score credit check it says my truworths account is in arrears since the day I joined the New Debt Plan as if like New Debt Plan haven't paid anything to them but i have reported the matter to them I hope they'll correct or undone this stressful reflection
