I placed 1phone call to them MacDonald answered. He did not ask me to hold on, put me through to someone else, but instead started helping me immediately with the whole proses . He left work at 17h15, but I still needed to complete formalities online. Struggled at first, but then this guy, Macdonald, phone me from his PRIVATE cell phone, after hours, AND GUIDE ME THROUGH THE WHOLE PROSESS! THIS MORNING, MY FIRST WHATSAPP WAS FROM HIM, EXPLAINING ALL THE NEXT STEPS HE WILL BE HANDLING ON MY BEHALF!! I ONLY HAVE PRAISE FOR THIS MAN'S OLD SCHOOL SUPER FANTASTIC CLIENT SERVICE!! Now I can breath for 1st time in a very very long period!!! Thanks and praise again to MacDonald!! Give this man a Bells (better still a Johnny Walker Blue!!! ❣️❣️🙏🙏🙏
