Disturbing Call from Solomon Manyana
I allegedly submitted an enquiry online a week ago and I got a call this morning from Solomon Manyana to follow up. My response is " I do not recall making an enquiry.." and before I can gather my thoughts, I get a rude and abrupt response saying " DON'T SAY YOU DID NOT SUBMIT AN ENQUIRY BECAUSE YOU DID. ANYWAY ITS FINE". Besides the delayed action of doing a follow up, I just feel as a customer, there was no need to be rude when you as the consultant called me.
