New Debt Management ******** BE ALERT!!!!

Listen here people , be very careful of NEW DEBT MANAGEMENT. Thye call and ask for your ID NO , when you ask why they say its a POPI to protect you they want to make sure theyre speaking to the right person ( HELLO THEY CALLED YOU THEY MUST CONFIRM YOUR DETAILS) . Then if you Refuse , they will ask for your DATE OF BIRTHJ ( I gave them the wrong one) then they will still proceed to tell you you owe TV LICENCE ACCOUNT so they want to do you a favour so its not in areas? I said but TV Licence is somethin gyou can pay at Checkers, Shoprite and SPAR, Anywhere !!! So wgho hired them on behalf of SABC like SABC is SAPS, what bull**** i this ??? It TV Licence owing a ******** Offence ?? So then I said OK, how will you HELP" Cancel MY debt?" She said I will ask my manager but ITS UP TO YOU HOW YOU WANT TO PAY before 26 JUNE. HUH???? She said we will give you until 26 June to pay , so decide how you want to Pay us so we can help. I said let me confirm you company name she said NEW DEBT MANAGEMENT, I said good, I will call SABC to find out if they would hire such a stupid company to do their dirty work, she hung up..********!!!!!!!!!
