**** artists is an understatement. They freely have access to your account without you signing any acknowledgement or agreeing to any arrangements. When you ask for a statement of account they ignore you. You are **** artists. You are not professional at all.

Harrasment from new debt management
new debt management has been claiming that i owe MTN 8000, they deducted money from my bank and have been closing my number, also listed me in ITC and when i phone MTN they are saying they dont know them.

Poor service delivery
My name is Thato and I’ve been in contact with new debt and I was assisted by a woman by the name of Rhendani and I paid off my account they told me I’d get a paid up letter within 14 to 21 days and I made payment on 30 September but I tried calling them few days ago and I still don’t have my paid up letter ID NO ***
