Marent Building/PJ van der Linde/E S van der Linde : Nedbank Home loan

I am now busy with these guys for more than a year to convince them that me and my wife were both sequestrated in 2009 and that Nedbank and the home loan that they want to be paid after 14 years was part of the sequestration. Three Nedbank home loans were involved and the other two account were closed. One account is still open and they bought the debt and want the R293 000 odd rand, but they keep on harassing us about daily ......they have both the sequestration orders, but they keep trying to get us to pay. They are the most ******** company that exists and their staff work like parrots...they dont know what thy are doing. Fact is we are pensioners in a old age home and the way thing are going now we barely make it every month with living costs....I dont see how they hope to get anything paid from our side after we were sequestrated ....amazing. We keep on sending them the information they need but they are just to ******** to close the account once and for all.
