How are these people allowed to operate a R200 bill that was handed over in a week turns to almost over R500 in cost when asked I'm told it is for emails generated on a monthly but been harassed weekly with emails and sms with which all come with a cost no prio warning or mail given that the account was handed to these people Who can I ask for help as this is totally unacceptable and ridiculous
