Unfair practice

I am very unhappy with the service I received from your company. You listed a house for rental, I app**** and was approved. After viewing, I paid the deposit, rent, and admin fee. On the same day that I made payment, I was informed that the owner had given the house to someone else. I expected a full refund under these circumstances, but instead I was told that the admin fee would be withheld. This is unfair because I am not the one who broke the contract. The experience has left me feeling misled and disappointed, and I believe your handling of the situation was unprofessional.
