Worst service

Worst ISP upgraded thinking our problems will be over🤦🏽♀️ we still having the same issues, poor network connection lost count on how many times a day we unplug the router😡 asked for them to send a technician on site to come check our devices because they keep saying they have fixed the issue their side while on our end nothing is fixed. Been emailing, calling and sending texts every single day but still no feedback and they close tickets without resolving issues.
