Wifi not connecting / poor service

My wifi is not working more than a week now when you call they don't answer they phone, when you send WhatsApp they respond after 2,3 days ask for your details you give them they will reply after another 3 days,when you send email the Autoresponder tells your ticket has been created our technical team are under investigation will provide you with an update soon and that will be end off it, the is no good communication what so ever from them they are only good with poor service, till today my Wifi is still not connecting
