Unprofessional and *********** employees

The employees is company are inconsiderate and unprofessional. I sent them numerous WhatsApp texts and emails concerning my internet connection that was cut off but they have ignored them because they have no regard and respect for their clients.I went as far as calling them they not answering their phones.Since I have been using their services never have I ever gotten hold of them on the phone because they never pick up even their land line rings to the answering machine.Im just wondering if I'm the only client experiencing this kind of treatment or that's just how they run their business. Anyone looking for an internet service provider do yourselves a favour look somewhere else never ever go for this company.
