The worst ISP ever!!!!!

This has been the worst ISP experience I’ve had. My internet has been down for several days, and despite numerous attempts to call, I have not been able to reach anyone for assistance. There is no direct line for customer queries, making the situation extremely frustrating. This has been a total nightmare.
