Pathetic Service and Customer Care

The worst service provider I have come across . My issue started on Thursday the 22nd of May 2025 , I called *** and reported the issue on their whatsapp number *** that I have no internet connection in my house , no assistance from them except that they are investigating ,called on Friday no assistance , called on Saturday no help, Sunday no help. Today being a Monday 26th 5 days without Internet Connection , I called again and they keep dropping my calls, left me on hold while they continue with their conversations . I have paid for the services and not owing the company however they failing to acknowledge my issue or send out a technician . I have made 25calls to them with no help !!!! Its so frustrating and very pathetic coming from a whole service provider
