No service no way to contact them

One place that gives bad service.. Reported an issue for about 3 weeks. Then last week their technicians came as I had 3 orange lights they then said log another ticket for a new router since they came and did whatever the strength has been so bad it's like I don't have wifi at all. None of their numbers work begging for service like this is frustrating. Tickets ***237
