Incorrect reference

I'm so disappointed and frustrated at NetX, I've been calling them since Yesterday to no avail. My account has been suspended due to the fact that I forgot to put the correct reference. I've emailed them, called also sent proof of payment. It's been 3 days now. I will never recommend them and their coverage is very poor.
