Horrible horrible service
I have never in my life experienced such horrible service. My service was cut off on the 30th and I paid on the 1st, I then send an emails,whatsapp and called in but no one was replying. I even went on their Facebook page but that was also useless. What type of business are you running where you ignore your customers? FYI the ond star rating is there because I was not able to continue my review without a rating. You guys are absolutely horrible and I will be canceling next month. I'm appalled by how you treat paying customers! Do you guys even have staff???because you don't reply nor get back to your customers!
