Reason for cancellation_Netwerk 24

I cancelled my subscription in January 2018, until 3 May2018 they didnt stop the debit order. They phoned me with the following: you did not give us an explanation why you want to cancell y subscription. No where in the mail Netwerk24 refer to why i cancell.
