Poor service from Netwerk 24

Netwerk 24 unilaterally and without cause revoked my paid-up subscription to its news and newspaper service, whilst all my attempts to get a competent person to fix my access and frustration being fruitless. Why must I pay gor a service that I am mot receiving. Why is Netwerk 24 frustrating its customers with duch poor services, and why are they not willing to fix the mess they caused?
