Cannot access Magazine titles or news on Network24

My mother is 84 years old and have been a subscriber from the beginning. Lately she cannot log into her news or magazines, she has sent emails pleading to assist her - to no avail. The service keeps on requesting her to either log in or that she has no internet connection. I have tried to assist her, but it seems that there is a platform problem, is there anyone that can assist?
