No service, no Internet, nothing

My mother in law received a 7 inch Netsurfer, and she was not even able to use it. No Internet no apps nothing. Playstore doesnt even load. She has put data and airtime and nothing works. Trying to connect to the Playstore took all her data. I tried the support service and they don't even awnser. I am extremely disappointed in the Netsurfer and will never recommend anyone. I'd tell everyone to stay away from this product. Disgusting
