Bad phone

Hi im so ****ed and the company that makes netsurfer phone's the are useless because the battery that last 6 months and its dead i bought mine at Ackermans in randpark ridge its over a year since ive used that phone because i cant get the battery anywhere.it sucks big time netsurfer fail me
