Poor Service from Netstream
I moved to Craigavon Park in September and have been disappointed by the service am getting from Netstream. Am paying for a 100Mbps line but am barely getting 10Mbps on average. This is disheartening as am not getting exactly what am paying for. Continuous follow ups have not yielded anything and this is concerning. Can they please do something about this and also review my October invoice for the 7 days I didn’t have fibre
Dear Sir,
Thank you for your review. Our apologies for the slower service which has been received by yourself at Craigavon Park. I would like to take this opportunity to place into context the slow service received by yourself. There have quite a lot of challenges with regard to the fibre connection to Craigavon Park since the site has been built. The fibre connection to the estate was only connected around the end of last month. When this was done, it was found that the initially ordered speed of the fibre had become inadequate due to take-up of the service on the site. We have subsequently requested a speed increase of this line and are awaiting the upgrade from our wholesale level supplier. We expect the upgrade to take effect within the month of November.
If a refund is required, kindly contact your ISP as they will drive an investigation into the matter. Should the claim be valid, Netstream will refund the ISP and the ISP will refund the client. The process is set up in this way as Netstream does not have any direct commercial agreements with the end-users.
Feel free to contact us if you have any further concerns around this matter.
