Poor service & dishonesties from Netstream

Greetings, I must say that I'm really disappointed at the level of service & DISHONESTY from Netstream. Netstream has been responsible with the installation of fibre infrastructure at my estate. They sent out communication that the fibre will be live on the 31st October 2018, a deadline they missed & shifted to Friday the 2nd November 2018. Then on Friday, a technician by the name of David came to our estate to install the ONT & do some configurations. 48 ours later, we were told that the fibre is live & that we can activate with our ISPs; only to find out that it's not live at all.

On Monday (5th November 2018) & Tuesday(6th November 2018), I tried to activate once more with my ISP only for the activation to fail once again. I then sought assistance from my ISP & they told me that the fibre is not live even though they were told it's live. I then saw some of Netstream personnel at my estate & decided to approach them, & ask what is going. They told me that it is live & that I can just simply activate. I communicated that I've been struggling to for the past two days. They came to my house, inspected the ONT & the router; still could not resolve the issue.

When they couldn't figure out what the problem was, they escalated to David who told them he will call me. After a while of waiting, I then called David who told me that there's a configuration issue that disallows us from going outside to activate with our ISPs & that he was fixing it. I asked how long it would take, of which he reported not long. What is not long I asked, he responded that just a couple of minutes.

I'm sitting here, typing at 3 am of the 7th November 2018 & the issue is still not resolved. Further more, Netstream has communicated to some of the residents of the estate that they will have to reconnect the whole area. Each of us at the estate have received different communication of different magnitude of implication from Netstream. It seems that these people either don't know what they are doing or they are just plain *****!
