Poor delivery

had a booking for 10:30. I stayed home for them. Its 12:28. Spoke to a Daneyu who said they will be here in 15 minutes, That was an hour ago, Not impressed.

Also was supposed to be a long installation so this is clearly gonna mess my day up.

Previous appointment they came on time so a bit puzzled.
