Netstream - the worst ever

I have never ever experienced such a terrible Service Provider as the Netstream Fiber company. We hardly experience one day where our Fiber is up and running and this is not due to our ISP but Netstream. The network was installed and went live more than a year ago but have so much downtime. This is now the time for me to find a normal Wi-Fi company which is reliable and stop using the fiber. Fiber is supposed to be the way of the future....but not with Netstream!
