Netstream is useless

I was unfortunate enough in my townhouse complex to have fiber Internet infrastructure installed by Netstream. They had made a commitment to have us live by the 17 September 2019, it is now 07 November 2019 and still nothing. They keep moving the goalpost every week with regards to the deadline and getting the complex fibre live. It has come to a point now where they don't even respond to my emails anymore. All they do is pass the buck onto the ISP and the body corporate and give them conflicting information as to what the hold up is and when the complex will be live. It is scary to imagine this is an indication of the kind of service one will get after the fibre goes live.
