Netstream and Vox playing with my income
I pay R950 a month to Netstream for fibre because my work requires me to good internet, I currently do not have internet and their sub contractor Vox is telling they can only assist me after 3 days. They are not willing to assist in anyway urgently, I cannot work, I’m losing time, I’m missing deadlines, I’m losing money and I’m losing clients and they don’t care.
What kind of service is this at such a high price????? why is Netstream and Vox playing with people’s income? Please help me save my business.

13 Jan 2020, 13:43Hi Gugu,
I further just want to assure you that Netstream is in development of a business product which will ensure lower resolution times, should you be interested. This will mean a much faster resolution time than fibre for home use, as it has a faster service level agreement.
