Friday....no internet.....again!!!

We are unfortunate enough to have Netstream as our fibre service provider in our Estate. Almost without fail, our internet just dies every Friday afternoon. This has been happening for months. . It's almost as if someone flicks a switch. Tried to call them now and their answering service directs you to send them an email. Must be at their Christmas party. Enjoy it, guys: with ****py service like this you may not be able to afford one next year. I'm sure many people are sick of this; your reviews on HP are shocking. I will be certain to spread the word about your shoddy service provision.
