Fibre Internet Installation

I was unfortunate enough in my townhouse complex to have fiber Internet infrastructure installed by Net stream. They have sent technicians twice already who doesn't seem to have a clue what needs to be done. Every time they came they simply wasted two hours of time and every time they left they promised to come back either in a couple of hours or next day which never happened. The name of their useless team is Lyal. He was the one who gave promises to come back and he never did.
