Awful service from Netstream Africa

We at Summitview Estate were unfortunate enough to have Netstream install our fibre infrastructure, its a week now since they supposedly "went live" , but up to now nothing is working, I have had their technicians come to my house the 4th time being this afternoon but everytime they are there they tell me everything is working fine and some software guys are going to call me. In their communications to the Homeowners they lie that a few houses are having small teething problems and upon investigation non of the houses has working Internet. These guys are a ***** and I don't know how our directors engaged them with such a bad record
